SHIPPING, COST, & CALCULATION
Shipping is calculated at checkout once you've entered your intended delivery address. These prices are based on the expectation of transit (time) between the artwork or items point of origin & your delivery address.
For items like cards, phonecases, & bags, these items are made to order, & as such can come from varying locations. For that reason, you may find that once you've entered your delivery address, the cost of shipping has increased. This is factoring in the transit of multiple items from multiple locations. Futhermore, this may mean you can expect multiple deliveries for your order rather than a single package on delivery.
This experience extends to item availabilities at checkout, specifically, items that may need to move internationally & cross borders. In this context, you may find that shipping has increased, as well as the added cost of any relevant duties, customs, & taxes.
We will do our best to present you with accurate, honest representation of any inclusive shipping fees at checkout, however, as Lian is based in Australia, we operate from the point of view of the Australia currency (AUD). For that reason, you may find the conversation rates of currency to have an affect on the costs of both products & delivery.
